The Role: Restructuring Finance Analyst
In this pivotal position, you won’t just be crunching numbers; you’ll be architecting the financial future of our operations. You will sit at the intersection of corporate finance and strategic operations, providing the insights necessary to pivot, grow, and excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Modeling: Build and maintain sophisticated integrated financial models (Three-Statement, DCF, and Liquidity Forecasts) to evaluate various restructuring scenarios.
- Strategic Analysis: Identify underperforming segments and recommend actionable turnaround strategies.
- Liquidity Management: Monitor cash flow trends and develop 13-week cash flow forecasts to ensure operational stability.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Prepare high-level reporting packages for executive leadership and external partners.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cost-reduction initiatives and improve balance sheet efficiency.
Who You Are
- Experienced: You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (CFA/CPA/ACCA preferred).
- Analytical: You have a minimum of 3–5 years of experience in financial restructuring, investment banking, or corporate FP&A.
- Tech-Savvy: You are a "Power User" of Excel and familiar with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Resilient: You thrive in fast-paced environments where agility and precision are paramount.
- Global Mindset: You possess excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a significant plus) and an understanding of the Middle Eastern market landscape.
