Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support the restaurant staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Maintain high service and hospitality standards to enhance customer satisfaction.
Train and mentor team members, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Assist in inventory management, stock control, and ordering supplies.
Monitor and improve restaurant efficiency, including food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness.
Collaborate with management to implement promotions and sales strategies.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a leadership role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a team effectively.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food service.
Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Arabic-speaking is an added advantage.

Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
