A results-driven marketer with a passion for fitness and social media engagement is needed. We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and take charge of content management and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and client acquisition.
Engage with leads on social media (Instagram) using structured messaging scripts.
Respond to inquiries, initiate meaningful conversations, and build relationships with potential clients.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Implement and maintain a structured follow-up system to maximize conversion rates.
Track and manage interactions using CRM tools for data-driven marketing decisions.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the fitness or coaching industry.
Strong communication and sales skills with a focus on lead nurturing.
Experience managing high-volume social media accounts and client engagement.
Deep understanding of social media marketing and engagement strategies.
Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven.
Being thorough and paying attention to detail.
Ability to work 8-10 hours daily, including weekends (Dubai time).
The compensation for this role is set at $1,500 monthly
