Restaurant Supervisor Required
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Restaurant Supervisor to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations and staff activities.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Manage staff schedules and daily work assignments.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate stock requirements.
- Assist management in achieving sales and operational targets.
- Ensure smooth opening and closing of the restaurant.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar restaurant role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Malayalam language proficiency required.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, hygiene, and food safety standards.
