1. Job Role
The Kitchen Crew is responsible for preparing, cooking, and baking while ensuring the best dining experience by following the company’s standard recipes and guidelines.
2. Key Responsibilities
Maintain optimal storage conditions for all stock.
Prepare dishes according to the correct recipe and portion size.
Ensure proper presentation of all meals before serving.
Keep the assigned kitchen section clean and organized.
Report any anticipated shortages to the Head Chef or Assistant Chef.
Participate in required training programs.
Seek opportunities for further studies in management for career growth.
Adhere to company policies, standards, and zero-tolerance guidelines at all times.
3. Role CriteriaSkills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Passion for food and cooking, with knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Adaptability and eagerness to learn across different kitchen sections.
Attention to detail in food preparation and hygiene.
High standards of personal hygiene and grooming.
Experience:
Previous experience in a similar role within the culinary industry is preferred.
Training:
Full training provided, including general induction and on-the-job training.
Educational Qualifications:
No formal education is required, but a background in culinary arts is an advantage.
