Key Responsibilities and Accountability
Maintain attendance monthly training program to ensure no drop-in standards is tolerated.
Keep all required notes as per policy and procedures guided by the Reception Manager on
Guests visiting the Restaurant.
previous experience within a similarly high end, high volume hospitality environment in Saudi
An excellent command of Arabic and English, both spoken and written
A friendly and professional telephone manner are essential.
Knowledge of the Reservation System is preferred; however, training will be provided to the successful candidate.
This role demands outstanding customer service skills, balanced with an informal approach and welcoming personality. As the first point of contact for the restaurant, the successful candidate must have a vibrant and engaging personality.
Ability to work 6 days a week.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ﷼3,500.00 – ﷼4,500.00 per month
