RESTAURANT PURCHASE ASSISTANT Jobs in Abu Dhabi at OTAKU RESTAURANT
✅ Assist in sourcing and purchasing food, beverages, and supplies
✅ Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing
✅ Track inventory levels and coordinate with kitchen and operations teams
✅ Ensure timely deliveries and manage purchase orders
✅ Maintain accurate records of purchases, costs, and supplier details
✅ Monitor market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities
✅ Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
Requirements:
✔ Experience in purchasing , preferably in the F&B industry
✔ Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
✔ Knowledge of inventory management and cost control
✔ Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards
✔ Excellent organizational and time management skills
✔ Proficiency in MS Office and purchasing software (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
