As an Outlet Manager for the Spanish Restaurant, your responsibilities include:
Ensuring smooth daily operations during lunch and dinner services.
Supervising opening and closing procedures.
Coordinating with kitchen and bar teams for timely, high-quality service.
Managing, training, and scheduling waitstaff, hosts, and supervisors.
Monitoring staff performance, providing coaching or disciplinary actions as needed.
Fostering a team-oriented, guest-focused environment.
Interacting with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle complaints promptly.
Maintaining high standards of hospitality and service quality.
Managing budgets, controlling costs, and monitoring outlet profitability.
Conducting daily cash reconciliation and sales reporting.
Overseeing inventory and stock levels to prevent shortages or wastage.
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Maintaining brand and service standards according to company policies.
Conducting regular outlet inspections.
Collaborating with marketing on promotions, seasonal menus, and events.
Monitoring guest feedback and implementing improvements.
Driving upselling and loyalty initiatives.
Working closely with other departments for seamless service.
Participating in operations meetings and cross-department planning.
What We Are Looking For
Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a caring approach to guest service.
International experience in luxury hotel brands, demonstrating adaptability across cultures.
A desire for continuous learning and professional growth.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Excellent command of English.
