Restaurant Manager – Shawaya arabic Jobs in Abu Dhabi at Rain cafe
Take responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant, as your branch is your responsibility.
Daily report with sales, expense and reached targets to be sent to Management team
Week report with complete information on overall observation, improvement, actions
Analyze, create and execute plans for sales, profit and staff development with the approval of the Operation Manager
Cost reduction with maximum profit
Applying sound administrative, accounting, cash management, operational, sales, personnel and purchasing policies and practices in accordance with the terms of Rain to the end of optimizing the aggregate amount of cash flow generated by the Rain.
Manage all areas of the operations during scheduled shifts which includes on the spot decision making, supporting the staff, full interaction with the guest, ensuring that the guest needs are our main focus while enforcing Rain standards
Organize direct training programs in coordination with management
Ensure highest quality levels of products hospitality
Maintain spotlessly clean safe Shawaya at all times
Notifying the Operation Manager promptly
The occurrence of damage or destruction to the Shawaya;
Any inspection by the Govt officials
Any notice of violation (or alleged violation) of any law relating to the Shawaya
Penalty or Fine
Attend mandatory meetings including management meetings, staff meetings, etc.
Ensure standard operating procedures for branch are in place and are in compliance with Food and Safety control and Shawaya’s own practices
Monitor purchasing, storage, preparation, cooking, handling and additionally serving of all food products to make sure correct recipe, portion and as met by Shawaya standards
