Position: Restaurant Manager (PASTAMAMMA )
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at PASTAMAMMA, Group’s upscale casual dining restaurant for friends and family. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ensuringcustomer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, hiring and managing staff, overseeing food and beverage operations, and maintaining a welcoming dining environment.
Responsibilities:
Being a team mentor and motivator.
Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally.
Oversee recruitment and training of new employees.
Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance.
Direct the employee assessment process.
Qualifications:
Customer Satisfactionand Customer Service skills.
Hiring andCommunication skills.
Experience in Food & Beverage operations.
Outstanding organizational andleadershipskills.
Problem-solvingaptitude.
Knowledge of business processes and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations, etc.).
Strongleadershipand management abilities.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager is a plus.
Hospitality or culinary degree is preferred.
