An Outlet Manager is responsible for managing restaurant operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Team Member experience while training Team Members and working within budgeted guidelines.
What will I be doing?
As an Outlet Manager, you are responsible for managing restaurant operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Team Member experience. You will manage, train, and develop team members, ensuring compliance with all budgeted guidelines. Specific responsibilities include:
Manage restaurant operations
Maintain exceptional customer service levels
Recruit, manage, train, and develop the restaurant team
Handle guest queries efficiently and promptly
Operate within budgeted guidelines for Food and Payroll
Drive sales to maximize revenue
Develop menus collaboratively with the Food and Beverage team
Conduct monthly stock takes
Incentivize team members to boost sales and revenue
Set departmental targets, work schedules, budgets, policies, and procedures
Assess guest satisfaction and seek continuous improvement
Conduct communication meetings and document minutes
Be environmentally conscious
Assist other departments as needed and foster good relationships
Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety laws
