Restaurant Manager Jobs in Dubai at Creneau International Middle East
Location: Dubai South
Requirement: Must be willing to be assigned in Dubai South.
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure exceptional guest experiences and efficient service.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the restaurant team while maintaining high standards of performance and professionalism.
- Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve guest concerns or complaints.
- Manage staffing requirements, scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, and employee development.
- Monitor sales, labor costs, food costs, and overall profitability to achieve business targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, hygiene regulations, and health & safety requirements.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and operational excellence throughout the restaurant.
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless coordination and service delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels, ordering, stock control, and cost management.
- Prepare and analyze operational reports, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Implement strategies to drive sales and guest engagement.
Pay: AED18,000.00 – AED20,000.00 per month
