We are currently hiring a Restaurant Manager for our Malayalee community in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring that our customers receive high-quality service and food.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the restaurant.
- Hire, train and supervise staff members to ensure excellent customer service.
- Create schedules for employees and manage payroll.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and quality control.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss performance goals and improvements.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in Malayalam spoken and have basic understanding of English written.
- Previous experience in a managerial role in the restaurant industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff members.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Proven track record of managing budgets, inventory levels and implementing successful marketing strategies.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Salary
1500$ per month negotiable based on experience.
Location
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Note
This position is open to all nationalities but preference will be given to Malayalees without experience.
