Restaurant Manager – Pakistanis Preferred
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee our restaurant in El-Ain. As a Pakistani national with English fluency, you will lead a diverse team and ensure exceptional customer service, quality food and beverage offerings, and profitable operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service
- Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Maintain quality and cleanliness standards of the restaurant
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in restaurant management
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proven track record of managing a successful restaurant
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Visa sponsorship available for Pakistani nationals
Salary
