As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our guests enjoy memorable dining experiences. You will oversee day-to-day operations, maintain high service standards, and lead a dedicated team to elevate our restaurant’s reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Inspire and mentor a team of servers, hosts, and support staff.
- Guest Satisfaction: Maintain the highest standards of quality and service.
- Operations Management: Oversee reservations, seating, inventory, and budget.
- Staff Training: Develop staff skills and product knowledge.
- Quality Control: Ensure food and beverage quality meets our standards.
- Cost Control: Manage budgets while upholding quality.
- Collaboration: Work with the Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Director on menus and promotions.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with regulations and hygiene standards.
- Guest Relations: Build strong relationships with regular guests.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in luxury or fine dining.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations.
- Passion for guest satisfaction.
- Budget management and financial acumen.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
