Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 6 years previous UAE experience required
Of which 2 years in a Management position
Experience in 4-star Hotel / Fine Dining / Standalone Casual-Formal Dining
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily FOH and BOH operations
Daily / Weekly / Monthly Administrative tasks
Ensure excellent Customer Service is delivered by the Service Team
Work together with the Head Chef in menu development based on customer feedback and market trends
