Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience, driving sales, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate is a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to developing their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures, shift scheduling, and floor management. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Guest Experience: Maintain a visible presence on the floor during peak hours. Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Financial Performance: Assist in managing the P&L, controlling food and labor costs, and meeting sales targets. Conduct inventory management and ordering of supplies.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and mentor front-of-house staff. Conduct performance reviews and implement corrective action when necessary. Foster a positive, collaborative work culture.
- Quality Control: Monitor food preparation and presentation to ensure consistency with brand standards. Work closely with the Executive Chef to update menus and specials.
- Marketing & Events: Assist in planning and executing promotional events and private parties to drive revenue.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, and inventory software.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, labor costs, and financial reporting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Food Handler/ServSafe Certification required.
Pay: QAR2,415.81 – QAR9,112.48 per month
