We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Package and Design Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing innovative packaging solutions and ensuring that our product designs align with brand standards. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to create visually appealing and functional packaging designs that enhance the consumer experience.
As a Package and Design Executive, you will have the opportunity to showcase your design skills while ensuring that all packaging is practical, sustainable, and in compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities:
Develop and design packaging solutions for products that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and brand guidelines.
Ensure packaging designs reflect the company’s brand identity and appeal to target audiences.
Work with suppliers and vendors to source packaging materials and ensure quality standards are met.
Create prototypes and samples for internal review and client presentations.
Stay updated with current design trends, materials, and industry regulations to ensure packaging remains innovative and compliant.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budgets.
Conduct market research to evaluate competitor packaging and identify new opportunities for improvement.
Prepare and maintain design files and documentation for production.
Requirements:
Proven experience in packaging design or a similar design role, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
Knowledge of packaging materials, production processes, and sustainability practices.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Creative mindset with a passion for innovative design solutions.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
