, you will be the first smiling face our guests encounter, setting the tone for their dining experience. Your warmth,professionalism, andattention to detailwill ensure that every guest feels welcomed and valued from the moment they step through our doors.
Responsibilities:
Warmly welcome guests as they arrive and bid them farewell as they depart, providing a genuine and memorable experience.
Manage the seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and ensure an efficient flow of guests through the restaurant.
Assist guests with reservations, inquiries, and special requests, providing accurate information about our menu and offerings.
Collaborate closely with the waitstaff and kitchen team to coordinate seating and ensure smooth transitions between guests.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including managing reservations and waiting lists effectively.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or similar environment.
Excellentcommunicationand interpersonal skills, with a friendly and outgoing demeanour.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, especially during busy periods.
Strong organizational skills andattention to detail, with the ability to multitask effectively.
Flexibilityto work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Job Type:Full-time
Pay:AED 2,000.00 – AED 3,000.00 per month
