Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Moroccan Bath Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing authentic Moroccan bath (Hammam) treatments, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for clients. This role requires expertise in traditional bathing techniques, exfoliation, and body treatments while maintaining high standards of hygiene and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform traditional Moroccan Bath (Hammam) treatments, including deep cleansing, exfoliation (using Kessa glove & black soap), and body hydration.
Ensure a luxurious and relaxing experience for clients while maintaining professionalism.
Assess clients’ needs and provide tailored treatments based on their skin type and preferences.
Maintain high hygiene standards in the bath area, ensuring cleanliness before and after each session.
Follow all spa safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment.
Provide excellent customer service, making clients feel comfortable and well cared for.
Offer product recommendations and educate clients on skincare benefits.
Work collaboratively with the spa team to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Moroccan Bath Specialist or in a similar role.
Knowledge of traditional Hammam techniques, scrubbing, and body treatments.
Ability to provide a professional, friendly, and customer-focused experience.
Strong understanding of hygiene and sanitation practices.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Certification in spa therapy or beauty treatments is a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
