Development of HSE Policies: Define and implement HSE policies aligned with current standards and regulations.
Inspections and Audits: Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Training and Awareness: Organize training sessions to raise awareness among staff regarding risks and best safety practices.
Incident Management: Investigate HSE incidents, analyze causes, and implement corrective actions.
Reports and Documentation: Maintain updated documents and reports concerning incidents, audits, and inspections.
Safety Equipment Management: Ensure the availability and proper functioning of safety equipment.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all activities comply with current regulations.
Monitoring and Continuous Improvement: Periodically assess HSE performance and propose improvement actions.
Risk Assessment: Identify the hazards. Evaluate the risks and decide on precautions.
