Pastry Chef (Male & Female) – 4 Positions
Nationality: Indian, Pakistani, Nepali, Arabic
Salary: 4000 – 4500 AED + Accommodation & Transportation
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare various pastries, desserts, and baked goods.
Create new and innovative recipes to enhance the menu.
Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency.
Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.
Train and supervise junior kitchen staff.
Work under pressure to meet customer demands.
Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
Skills &
Qualifications:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a pastry chef.
Strong knowledge of international pastry techniques.
Experience in high-end restaurants, hotels, or bakeries preferred.
Creative and innovative mindset.
GCC experience is a plus.
Bakers (Male & Female) – 6 Positions
Nationality: Indian, Pakistani, Nepali
Salary: 2500 AED + Accommodation & Transportation
Job Responsibilities:
Mix and bake ingredients according to recipes to produce bread, cakes, pastries, and other baked goods.
Operate and maintain baking equipment and ovens.
Monitor ingredient freshness and manage inventory.
Ensure all baked goods meet company quality standards.
Follow health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
Skills &
Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a baker.
Strong knowledge of bread-making, cake decoration, and pastry preparation.
Familiarity with industrial baking equipment.
GCC experience is preferred but not required.
Cleaners (Male) – 2 Positions
Nationality: Indian, Nepali
Job Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitise workstations, equipment, and common areas.
Follow safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen and bakery.
Maintain cleanliness in guest areas and storage facilities.
Dispose of waste properly and assist in inventory organisation.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Skills &
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of cleaning experience in restaurants, hotels, or bakeries.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and sanitation procedures.
Ability to work independently and handle heavy cleaning tasks.
Good communication skills and a teamwork attitude.
