Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and other communication channels promptly and professionally.
Engage with users to provide assistance, resolve queries, and enhance customer satisfaction over chat support
Assist customers with account-related concerns, payment issues, and game-related inquiries over chat support
Monitor chat interactions and escalate issues to the relevant departments when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide feedback to improve processes.
Promote a positive and engaging gaming experience by proactively assisting users.
Stay updated on gaming trends, promotions, and product features to provide informed support.
Requirements:
Prior experience in customer support, preferably in e-commerce, or related industries.
Fluent in Hindi and English (written and verbal) additional languages are a plus.
Ability to work in shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset.
Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
