Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant/Cafe Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and manage online food delivery platforms. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 4 years of experience in the cafe or restaurant industry and possess strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily cafe/restaurant operations.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage and motivate staff, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures and ensure smooth shift operations.
  • Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Manage inventory levels, stock ordering, and wastage control.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure efficient operations.
  • Manage and monitor online food delivery platforms such as Talabat, Snoonu, Rafeeq, Keeta, and others.
  • Track online orders, promotions, customer feedback, and platform performance.
  • Ensure menu updates, pricing accuracy, and promotional campaigns are properly implemented across all online platforms.
  • Prepare daily sales reports and assist management in achieving sales targets.
  • Maintain proper cash handling procedures and monitor daily transactions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of supervisory experience in a cafe or restaurant environment.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service standards.
  • Experience in managing online food delivery platforms is mandatory.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Food safety certification is an advantage.
