🔍 Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to placement.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment support.
- Build and maintain a strong network of industry professionals and talent pipelines.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay up to date with market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
✅ Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the energy sector.
- Experience recruiting for Drilling, Oilfield Services, EPC, Maritime, Engineering, or related industries.
- Middle East recruitment experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple vacancies, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
