The Residential Executive is responsible for delivering an exceptional living experience to residents and guests. Ensure all hospitality-related services are provided efficiently and that the highest standards of customer service are maintained.
1. Guest Relations:• Warmly welcome residents and guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth move-in process.• Handle inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.• Build strong relationships with residents to understand their needs and preferences.
2. Concierge Services:• Provide concierge services such as making reservations, arranging transportation, and recommending local attractions.• Assist residents with any special requests or arrangements they may require.
3. Property Knowledge:• Maintain in-depth knowledge of residential s facilities, services, and local amenities.• Be able to provide accurate information to residents and guests.
4. Issue Resolution:• Address and resolve any issues or complaints raised by residents or guests, ensuring their satisfaction.
5. Safety and Security:• Ensure the safety and security of residents and guests by following established procedures and protocols.• Report any security concerns or incidents to the appropriate authorities.
6. Event Coordination:• Organize and facilitate events or activities for residents, fostering a sense of community.• Coordinate with other departments to ensure the success of events.
7. Administrative Tasks:• Maintain accurate records of resident information and requests.• Assist in administrative duties, such as contracts, renewals, billing and invoicing.
8. Training and Development:• Stay updated on hospitality trends and best practices.• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
9. Team Collaboration:• Work closely with other members of the hospitality team to ensure seamless service delivery.• Collaborate with maintenance, housekeeping, and other departments to meet resident needs.
10. Guest Feedback:• Solicit feedback from residents and guests to continuously improve services.• Implement changes and improvements based on feedback received.

Pay: AED7,000.00 – AED9,000.00 per month
