Description:
Stantec is looking to hire a Resident Engineer for Water Infrastructure Projects in Dubai.
Qualifications:
The candidate must have a Civil Engineering Degree and at least 20 years of extensive experience working on House Connection and Miscellaneous Works with approval from Dubai Municipality. Â Experience in infrastructure projects in Dubai and completion of several projects as Resident Engineer (RE). Â Full and complete knowledge of the existing sewerage and drainage networks in the Emirate of Dubai. Â Previous experience working on projects involving existing House Connection and Miscellaneous Works. Â
Exclusive experience in Dubai Municipality (DM) projects. Â Thorough knowledge and work experience in sewerage and drainage connections, emergency works related to large diameters of pressure mains, and the ability to evaluate completion times for emergency works. Â Ability to make on-the-spot decisions and deal with all service authorities during emergency works. Â Thorough knowledge and experience in the design of sewerage and drainage works. Â
Good knowledge of RTA standards regarding excavation, backfilling, asphalt, and tile reinstatement.
