Responsibilities:
Handle corporate and commercial legal matters
Provide advice on contracts, compliance, and regulatory issues
Assist in resolving legal disputes and pending cases
Support in property and personal legal matters (as needed)
Liaise with relevant authorities and legal entities
Requirements:
✔ Qualified lawyer with expertise in UAE laws
✔ Proven experience in corporate, commercial, and litigation matters
✔ Ability to work independently and provide timely legal solutions
✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✔ Available for on-call legal consultation
Location: Remote/Flexible (with occasional meetings as needed)
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 4 – 8 per week
