Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Resident Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to deliver major infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, utilities.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Liaise with clients, government authorities, utility providers, and key stakeholders to obtain approvals and resolve project issues.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering, construction, and supervision teams.

• Manage project handover, close-out documentation, and defects liability period

• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, local regulations, and quality management systems.

• Monitor construction progress and implement mitigation measures to maintain project mileston

• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk throughout the project lifecycle.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring:

• 15+ years of experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects.

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Proven experience in roads, bridges, utilities, underpasses, and urban infrastructure.

What Desired Skills You’ll Bring:

• Experience delivering projects within the UAE/GCC.

• Experience in ITS, MEP systems, testing & commissioning, and infrastructure handover.
