Full job description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Factory Manager to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our Furniture manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all aspects of factory operations, including production, staffing, quality control, and maintenance.
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize productivity.
Oversee production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining quality standards.
Monitor and enforce health, safety, and environmental compliance across the facility.
Manage a team of factory supervisors and workers, providing training, coaching, and support to foster a high-performing culture.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., procurement, logistics, R&D, Sales, Marketing) to align production plans with overall business objectives.
Manage budgets, track financial performance, and identify areas for cost optimization.
Ensure proper inventory management and minimize waste.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives and drive lean manufacturing practices.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
Minimum of 3 -10 years of Furniture manufacturing experience in a factory management role, with a proven track record in leading manufacturing teams.
Candidates who are willing to relocate to AJMAN or ready to commute daily can apply
