Position: Â Reservations Specialist – (Saudi National Only)

Job Description
You are the beginning of an exceptionalguest experience. As a Reservations Specialist, you will make our guests feel welcome and reflect the exceptional experience they come to expect upon arrival!
Summary Of Responsibilities
Reporting to the Reservations Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Consistently offer exceptional, friendly and engaging service.
Ensure the best selection for the guest and maximize revenue through up-selling.
Update reservations ensuring a flawless check-in and check-out process.
Answer telephone and email inquiries in a timely manner.
Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way.
Take ownership of the guest’s request and ensure follow-up according to the hotel’s standards.
Follow department policies, procedures, and service standards.
Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests.
Book room reservation requests, enter rooming lists, and update accurate information in the system.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications required.
Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
Ability to focus attention onguest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
Guest-focused personality is essential; experience is an asset.
Preferably prior experience working with Opera or a related system.
Strong interpersonal andproblem-solvingabilities.
Fluency in both Arabic & English.
