We are looking for a Reservations Manager to join the pre-opening of SLS The Red Sea.
Ennismore, with its luxury brand SLS Hotels, is currently opening a magnificent project in The Red Sea oasis. SLS The Red Sea is planned to open in 2025.
This project features 150 luxurious keys, 7 distinct Food & Beverage outlets, and a rejuvenating spa sanctuary. It caters to both adults seeking a getaway and families craving connection and adventure, offering a wide range of amenities and activities for travelers of all ages.

Job Description
Supervise and manage activities of Reservation Supervisors and Clerks engaged in receiving, processing, and confirming guestroom reservations, and maintaining guest history cards.
Establish procedures for handling revisions, cancellations, and information calls.
Maintain reports including:
Daily and monthly reservation records and room availability to monitor overbooking and inform the Front Office Manager;
Monthly credit card space bank report;
Forecasts of occupancy for approval;
Statistical reports on occupancy, bookings, and sources of business.
Prepare weekly VIP lists with relevant information and distribute to department heads.
Approve credit standings in the travel agent voucher index file.
Update the travel agent index monthly based on departmental announcements.
Respond to inquiries regarding rates, commissions, tours, transfers, car rentals, and hotel facilities.
Explain hotel policies to guests and resolve reservation-related issues.
Ensure reservation slips are correctly filled; inform FOM and HK of VIP and special reservations.
Maintain good relations with travel agents, airlines, and organizations, soliciting business.
Coordinate with credit and accounting departments on refunds or cancellations.
Arrange amenities for VIP guests.
Supervise the use of the fax machine and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Reservations Manager, preferably in a luxury or five-star resort.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) such as Opera.
Excellent English communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Attention to detail and a guest-focused approach.
