Reservations Agent Jobs in Doha, Qatar at IHG Hotels & Resorts

Our hotels bring people together. We’re searching for a Reservation Agent that directs advanced room reservation systems and coordinates group reservations procedures. Provides functional assistance and direction to Revenue, Sales & Front Office team as required.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different at IHG, but you’ll mostly be:

Handling individual, group, corporate, and any bookings that need to be attended and ensuring accurate entry into the system to avoid overbooking or under booking.

Ensuring the accuracy of billing in each booking in the system, regardless if it’s from OTA, website, or offline bookings from Sales Department.

Enhancing guest satisfaction by ensuring to meet the standards of the guests’ booking preferences and providing personalized service.

Assisting the Sales Department in any client site inspections or any support needed in terms of sales tasks.

Team coordination by working closely with the Front Office Team to ensure smooth operations by supporting in terms of covering schedules or any support needed.

Driving a great working environment for teams to thrive – connecting departments to create a sense of one team.

What We Need From You

Good communication and administrative skills

Ability to be self-motivated, organized, and demonstrate good teamwork

Fluency in English

Computer literacy (Microsoft applications)

Experience with Opera

Pro-active approach, and the ability to meet deadlines
