Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Architect & Project Manager to lead the design and execution of luxury villa projects in Dubai’s most prestigious areas. The ideal candidate will have strong architectural and interior design expertise, deep knowledge of construction materials, and proven project management skills.
This role requires hands-on experience in delivering high-end residential projects from concept to completion while ensuring design excellence, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must have worked on villa projects in premium Dubai areas:
Palm Jumeirah
Pearl Jumeirah
Emirates Hills
Jumeirah Island
Jumeirah Bay Island
Dubai Hills
Jumeirah Golf Estate
District One
Key Responsibilities
Develop high-end residential architectural designs in compliance with Dubai’s building codes.
Create detailed blueprints, technical drawings, and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp.
Collaborate with clients to capture their vision, lifestyle needs, and design preferences.
Advise on luxury materials including fixtures, finishes, tiles, faucets, cabinetry, lighting, and flooring.
Ensure materials align with aesthetic, durability, and budget requirements.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely material procurement and delivery.
Serve as the primary liaison between clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
Oversee the construction process, ensuring quality control, adherence to timelines, and cost efficiency.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure project execution matches design plans.
Prepare detailed project budgets, covering materials, labor, and contingency expenses.
Track and control project costs to prevent overruns.
Negotiate with contractors to ensure fair pricing and avoid unnecessary markups.
Vet and hire top-tier contractors with a proven track record in high-end villa construction.
Monitor contractors to ensure adherence to quality, budget, and project deadlines.
Ensure designs comply with Dubai’s building codes, zoning laws, and safety standards.
Handle all permits and regulatory approvals required for construction.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
Additional certification in Construction Project Management is a plus.
5-7 years of experience in high-end residential architecture, interior design, and project management.
Proven track record of delivering luxury villa projects on time and within budget.
Experience working in Dubai’s premium villa communities (mandatory).
Skills & Competencies
Proficiency in: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and project management tools.
Expert knowledge of: Construction materials, structural systems, plumbing, and electrical installations.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
Detail-oriented with a high commitment to quality and aesthetics.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.
