We’re Hiring: Reservation & Revenue Executive
Novel Hotel City Center – Abu Dhabi
Are you passionate about hospitality, reservations, and revenue optimization? Join our dynamic team at Novel Hotel City Center as a Reservation & Revenue Executive and play a key role in driving room sales performance and maximizing revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily reservations and ensure accuracy in bookings across all channels
- Monitor room inventory, availability, and rate parity across OTAs and direct platforms
- Assist in developing and implementing revenue strategies to maximize occupancy and ADR
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and reservation reports
- Coordinate with Front Office and Sales teams to optimize room sales
- Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align strategies with revenue targets
- Handle guest inquiries, booking modifications, and cancellations professionally
- Ensure adherence to hotel policies and brand standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Reservations and/or Revenue Management in a hotel environment
- Familiarity with PMS, CRS, and OTA platforms
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of revenue management principles is an advantage
