We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic HR team in a fast-paced real estate company. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of all HR functions and will be responsible for supporting the HR department in delivering a wide range of human resources services. The role will involve recruiting, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, compliance, and more, while ensuring the company’s HR practices align with local labor laws and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Staffing: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to select top talent. Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support the company’s hiring needs, particularly in the dynamic real estate sector. Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the company culture and values.
Employee Relations: Act as the main point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing advice and resolving issues in a timely, fair, and consistent manner. Foster a positive work environment by promoting effective communication, conflict resolution, and employee engagement. Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve retention and overall employee satisfaction.
Performance Management: Support the development and implementation of performance management processes, including setting goals, conducting performance appraisals, and addressing any performance-related concerns. Advise managers and employees on performance improvement plans and employee development strategies.
Compensation & Benefits: Oversee the administration of the company’s compensation structure, ensuring competitive and equitable pay practices. Administer and communicate employee benefits programs, including health insurance, housing allowances, transportation benefits, and annual leave. Ensure the accurate processing of benefits enrollments, claims, and claims disputes.
HR Administration & Compliance: Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Laws, regulations, and company policies, staying updated on changes in the legal landscape. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with local regulations. Prepare HR-related reports, documentation, and contracts, ensuring adherence to organizational and legal standards.
Training & Development: Coordinate training programs that align with employee development needs and organizational goals, particularly in the real estate sector. Support leadership in identifying skills gaps and developing strategies to address them. Monitor employee development programs and track progress in skill acquisition and career growth.
Payroll Support: Assist in the preparation and administration of payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in employee payments and deductions. Provide support to employees regarding payroll inquiries, discrepancies, and other related matters.
Health, Safety, and Well-being: Promote workplace safety, ensuring compliance with local safety regulations and company policies. Assist with employee well-being programs and initiatives aimed at promoting a healthy work-life balance.
HR Projects & Initiatives: Participate in HR-related projects, such as employee engagement surveys, process improvements, or organizational changes. Implement and update HR policies and procedures to ensure they align with industry best practices and the needs of the organization.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role, with a focus on UAE labor laws and HR practices.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employee relations, and UAE Labor Law
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple HR functions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office Suite, and payroll systems.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications:
HR Certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or UAE-specific certifications) is highly desirable.
Experience within the UAE real estate or construction industry is a significant advantage.
Knowledge of local cultural nuances and business practices.
Experience with employee wellness programs
