- ams.Manage requirements across key airport domains, including Passenger Processing, Airport Operations, Baggage Handling, Security, Asset Management, and Enterprise Servi
- ces.Ensure requirements are aligned with business priorities, operational needs, and solution architect
- ure.Oversee change control, impact assessments, and scope managem
- ent.Produce executive-level reporting on requirements status, risks, dependencies, and delivery progr
- ess.Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts and Requirements Speciali
- sts.Drive the adoption of best practices, tools, and governance frameworks for requirements managem
ent.
Qualific
- ationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related disci
- pline.CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, PMP, TOGAF, or Agile certifications are highly desi
rable.
Require
- d Skills10+ years of experience in Business Analysis and Requirements Man
- agement.5+ years leading requirements teams on large and complex transformation p
- rograms.Proven experience in airports, aviation, transportation, or critical infrastructure envir
- onments.Strong expertise in requirements governance, traceability, stakeholder management, and change
- control.Experience working within multi-vendor delivery or Systems Integration envir
- onments.Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and requirements managemen
- t tools.Exceptional communication, facilitation, and leadership
skills.
