Job Description:
Saasa Impex Trading LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts/Finance/Property Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with expertise in financial management and real estate operations, and the ability to oversee financial activities while managing property portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance & Accounting: Manage accounts, prepare financial reports, conduct financial analysis, and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
Property Management: Oversee property transactions, including leasing, sales, and maintenance. Manage client relationships and property records.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in budgeting, cash flow management, and financial forecasting for both trading and real estate sectors.
Tax & Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with local tax laws and regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field.
Proven experience in finance and property management (minimum 2-3 years).
Strong understanding of financial reporting and property laws.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
