Roles and Responsibilities
Engage customers with a warm and friendly demeanor to create an inviting shopping atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.
Maintain visual merchandising standards by ensuring displays are attractive and stocked, fostering an appealing shopping experience.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently while handling cash and credit card transactions, minimizing wait times for customers.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and participate in promotional events that drive customer engagement.
Utilize point-of-sale systems and inventory software to track sales and manage stock levels, ensuring product availability.
Conduct regular stock checks and assist in inventory management to prevent loss and ensure timely replenishment of merchandise.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers and foster relationships.
Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages(Arabic) is highly valued to cater to diverse customer bases.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail sales.
