Job Summary:
We are seeking a Business Analyst to support data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will analyse sales, procurement, and inventory trends, optimize pricing strategies, and enhance business performance through actionable insights. Additionally, the candidate should have experience in automating operational and business processes to improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyse sales, inventory, and procurement data to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using SAP B1 or other analytical tools.
Collaborate with procurement, sales, and finance teams to optimize stock levels and pricing strategies.
Conduct market research to benchmark competitors and understand customer purchasing behaviour.
Identify and implement process automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Support management in strategic decision-making through financial and business analysis.
Assist in automating and improving reporting systems for better business intelligence.
Work closely with IT and ERP teams to ensure seamless data integration and reporting.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the building materials, retail, or trading industry.
Proficiency in SAP B1, Excel, Power BI, or other data analytics tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Experience in pricing strategies, sales forecasting, and demand planning.
Knowledge and experience in automating operational and business processes to enhance efficiency.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and present insights effectively.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
