- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions
- Prepare financial statements and management reports
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
- Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and expense reports
- Assist with budgeting, cost control, and financial planning
- Ensure financial records are accurate and comply with company policies
- Support audit processes and year-end financial closing activities
- Organize and maintain proper financial documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience in the contracting or construction industry is an advantage
