Role Overview
We are seeking a Rental Specialist to join our growing team in Dubai. The role focuses on helping tenants find their ideal homes while assisting landlords in maximizing their rental returns. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Dubai’s rental market, excellent negotiation skills, and a client-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and promote rental property listings across Dubai
- Assist tenants in finding the right homes based on budget and lifestyle
- Advise landlords on pricing, demand, and market opportunities
- Conduct property viewings and facilitate rental agreements
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Stay updated on Dubai’s rental trends and new developments

What We’re Looking For
✅ Minimum of 6 Months of rental or sales experience (real estate preferred)
✅ Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
✅ Strong negotiation and client-handling skills
✅ UAE driving license preferred
✅ Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven personality
