Job Summary
We are looking for a Rental Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing rental transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a smooth rental experience for every client.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in selecting suitable rental vehicles.
- Prepare rental agreements, process payments, and verify documents.
- Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to ensure vehicle readiness.
- Manage reservations, extensions, and returns through the company system.
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly rental reports.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of rental rates, promotions, and company policies.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and insurance requirements.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of vehicle types and rental procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and rental software systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Valid Qatar ID and transferable visa preferred.
