Job Title: Renewal Executive (Business Setup Company)
Job Summary
The Renewal Executive is responsible for managing and processing renewals of business licenses, visas, establishment cards, and other government-related documents for clients. The role involves ensuring timely renewals, maintaining compliance with UAE regulations, and providing excellent customer service throughout the renewal process.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage client renewal schedules.
- Contact clients before renewal due dates and explain the renewal process.
- Collect required documents and information from clients.
- Coordinate with relevant government authorities and free zones for license and visa renewals.
- Prepare and submit renewal applications accurately and on time.
- Follow up on application status and keep clients informed of progress.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, PRO, Finance, and Operations) to ensure smooth processing.
- Generate renewal quotations and invoices in coordination with the Finance team.
- Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM/database.
- Ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulatory requirements.
- Resolve client queries related to renewals and provide timely support.
- Prepare renewal reports and track monthly renewal targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in business setup, corporate services, or document processing in the UAE.
- Good knowledge of UAE mainland, free zone, and immigration renewal procedures.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to handle multiple renewals while meeting deadlines.
