Preferred Background

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, or related field.
• Strong background in architectural and landscape visualization.

Required Software Skills

• AutoCAD
• 3ds Max
• V-Ray
• Photoshop
• PowerPoint
• Adobe Illustrator and InDesign (preferred)

Required Experience

• Experience in 3D modeling and high-quality architectural/landscape rendering.
• Ability to produce exterior and landscape visualization with realistic rendering quality.
• Experience in preparing professional client presentations and visual materials.
• Understanding of urban, infrastructure, and landscape projects is preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Develop high-quality 3D models for architectural, landscape, and infrastructure projects.
2. Prepare realistic exterior and landscape renderings using 3ds Max and V-Ray.
3. Support the project team in producing visual presentations, concept visuals, and project graphics.
4. Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations for client meetings, workshops, and management reviews.
5. Edit and enhance renderings, graphics, and presentation materials using Photoshop and other Adobe software.
6. Coordinate with architects, engineers, urban planners, and landscape teams to ensure consistency of project visuals.
7. Produce visualization materials including:

• Perspective views
• Photomontages
• Animations (if required)
• Presentation boards
• Infographics

1. Ensure all renderings and presentation materials meet company quality standards and client expectations.
2. Support proposal submissions and marketing materials preparation when required.
3. Maintain organized project files, rendering libraries, textures, and visual assets.
