Commissioning Lead – We are hiring for one of our prestigious clients, an Oil & Gas (LNG) Operating Company in Qatar.
Job Location: Qatar Onshore
Contract Duration: 3 years with possible extension
Salary & Benefits: Excellent day rate with monthly living allowances.
Minimum Qualification & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent.
15 years’ Commissioning & Systems completion experience in the oil and gas industry with considerable exposure to a major projects environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead the Commissioning & System Completion, ensuring a flawless handover process of the project from engineering into construction, transitioning to full mechanical completion ready for operations.
Ensure the facility and all its components are built and installed according to the design, intent, and function as agreed in project specifications.
Develop and maintain commissioning processes and interfaces related to facilities handover.
Oversee the development of Commissioning & Systems Completions Procedures, Factory Acceptance Test requirements, systemised drawings, vendor callout register, and tracking of commissioning costs.
Ensure any third-party activities are compatible with the objectives of the project.
Participate in contract reviews to ensure adequate Systems Completions control and work procedures are established and followed throughout the project duration.
Develop and manage effective system completion procedures and tools, commissioning plans to ensure a smooth hand-over to the permanent organization.
