Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Customer Service Representative tojoin our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of customer support representatives and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery. Additionally, the Customer Support Manager will handle debt collections and overdue payments for delinquent customers.
Responsibilities
Manage and lead a team of remote customer support representatives
Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback
Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues
Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements to enhancecustomer satisfaction
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Manage debt collections and overdue payments for delinquent customers
Requirements
Proven experience in a customer support management role
Excellentcommunicationandleadershipskills
Strongproblem-solvingabilities
Ability to work effectively in a remoteteam environment
Experience with customer support software and tools
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
