Your Mission
As a Setter, you’re the first touchpoint in our sales process. Your job is to initiate conversations, qualify leads, and set up calls.
What You’ll Do
Send DMs, emails, and voice notes to warm and cold leads
Create urgency and book calls onto the Closer’s calendar
Follow up daily and track every lead in Airtable or CRM
Maintain energy, discipline, and tone to build trust quickly
Compensation
2-5% commission on any closed deal from your leads (high ticket)
Bonuses for volume and show-up rate
Performance-based promotion to closer or manager roles
What We’re Looking For
Familiarity with Instagram DMs, Calendly, Airtable (or willingness to learn quickly)
Results-driven with a strong follow-up approach
Comfortable using voice notes and soft selling techniques
Coachable, competitive, and eager to earn
Performance Metrics We Track
Show-up rate (% of booked calls that happen)
Deal flow from your leads
DM volume and response handling
Minimum goal: 70% show-up rate, 10+ calls booked weekly.
