. This role involves defining and managing optimized maintenance work plans and strategies through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). The Reliability Manager will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that maintenance activities align with asset management objectives and the Facilities Management mission statement.
Key Accountabilities
Ensure the correct asset hierarchy is defined for MATAR assets to optimize maintenance and maintain the lifecycle of assets in alignment with the asset management system.
Develop strategic plans and drive continuous improvement programs to optimize asset maintenance by identifying the best industrial solutions.
Manage MATAR maintenance data standards by coordinating Oracle eAM change requests to ensure conformity to the MATAR Asset Management System.
Determine maintenance costs, including materials and labor, through Oracle eAM to support a bottom-up budget approach.
Support the Maintenance Data Manager in defining asset hierarchy to categorize and classify assets, improving data navigation and maintenance activities.
Develop and deploy processes to maintain records and statistical data on operational activities, incidents/accidents, personnel/asset records, and other relevant information through Oracle eAM, in alignment with the Maintenance Data Manager.
Qualifications
High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification / Diploma or Equivalent (Type of Diploma Based on Role) with more than 8 years of job-related experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Equivalent with a minimum of 6 years of job-related experience.
Specialized training in Maintenance Reliability.
Project Management certification.
