Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Relationship Officer tojoin our teamin the UAE. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Personal Loans and Credit Cards for the digital bank.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively promote Personal Loans and sell Credit Cards to both new and existing clients.
Employ a proactive approach to identifying sales opportunities through cold calling and face-to-face meetings.
Excel in afast-paced environmentby consistently achieving or exceedingsales targets.
Collaborate closely with team members to strategize and optimize sales efforts while also demonstrating the ability to work independently.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in Personal Loan and Credit Sales banking (UAE experience only).
Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills, both verbal and written.
Demonstrated ability to thrive under pressure and meetchallengingsales targets.
Strong team player with the capacity to work independently when necessary.
Proficiency in generating new leads through cold calling and other proactivesales techniques.
